Privacy overview
Effective: April 15, 2026 · Mirror Signal (App Store distribution)
01 · Scope
This document describes how the Mirror Signal mobile game handles information in general terms. It is meant to be read alongside the privacy nutrition labels and disclosures shown on the app’s App Store product page, which may be updated by the store independently of this file.
02 · Data collection
The App Store listing for Mirror Signal indicates that the developer does not collect data from this app (privacy label: Data Not Collected). In practical terms, the game is not described as transmitting personal information from the app to the developer for analytics, advertising profiles, or account databases as part of that label.
If store disclosures change after an update, the version shown on the official product page should be treated as the authoritative summary of what Apple reports for the build you install.
03 · On-device play
Like most offline-capable games, Mirror Signal may store progress, scores, settings, or similar data locally on the device so sessions can resume. That type of information stays under the device owner’s control unless a separate platform feature (such as iCloud backup, if applicable and enabled by the user) copies it according to system rules.
- Gameplay state
- May be kept on-device to support features such as continuing a run, unlocking stages, or remembering audio and control preferences.
- Crash diagnostics
- Optional crash or usage diagnostics, if any, are typically governed by device and App Store settings (for example, sharing analytics with Apple), not by this static page.
04 · Apple & the App Store
Downloading, licensing, and updating the game flows through Apple’s infrastructure. Payment validation, receipts, parental controls, and device-level privacy choices are handled under Apple’s policies, which are separate from in-game mechanics.
05 · Your choices
Privacy laws in some regions grant rights over personal data held by companies. Where no personal data is collected by the developer as labeled on the store, there may be little or nothing to request for export or deletion from a developer-controlled server.
Removing the app from a device generally deletes local app data that is not included in a separate user-managed backup. Review Apple ID and Family Sharing settings for a full picture of device and store controls.
06 · Changes
This overview may be revised when gameplay features or store disclosures change. The effective date at the top will move forward when the text is updated. Continued use of the game after an update means acceptance of the revised overview insofar as it applies to information practices described here.
